This SDK is only for use on Windows 8.1. Windows will choose the appropriate architecture of the PlayReady runtime when you build your Windows Store application as Neutral. This means that an x86 specific version of an application with a PlayReady dependency will not run on the amd64 architecture. 
The PMP only loads native architecture binaries.
